We absolutely want you to be satisfied with your sunglasses. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us. We will issue you with a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and full instructions on how to return your purchase. All returns must be accompanied with a valid RMA number, items received without a valid RMA will be returned to the sender, no exception. Return shipping costs are not covered by The Sunglass Man Online.com.

All returns are manually inspected. Items must be in the original condition you received them in including packaging for a full credit to be issued. No credit will be issued for items that are damaged or show signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear from general use.

Once your return has been processed, a refund will be posted to your credit card, you'll also receive an email confirming the refund. Please allow 3-4 business days for the credit to reach your bank.

Exchanges
