If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

You can return your purchase at no cost to you by giving us a call at 1-800-259-8051 or contacting us through our website. Our customer service representatives will

1) issue you a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
2) email you a pre-paid USPS domestic shipping label so that you can send the merchandise back to us.*

Please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied with a valid RMA number; items received without a valid RMA will be returned to the sender with no exceptions.

Additionally, all returns are manually inspected. For a full credit to be issued, items--and packaging--must be in the original condition in which they were received. No credit will be issued for items that are damaged or show signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear from general use.

Once your return has been processed, a refund will be posted to your credit card, and you'll also receive an email confirming the refund. Please allow 3-4 business days for the credit to reach your bank.

* Please note, you must ship your return from the continental United States in order to use the pre-paid label
