Given product availability, orders placed before 1PM EST will be shipped same day except for Saturday and Sunday.

All orders are dispatched via the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. A signature maybe required on high value orders.

We ship to the following international countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Delivery times for international orders are approximate only. Your package will have to clear international customs in your country prior to delivery, and depending on their current processing times, this may or may not delay delivery. The Sunglass Man Online has no control over, nor can we predict current processing times.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer. The Sunglass Man Online has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Lost or Damaged Items in the U.S.A.

All orders are shipped via the USPS with delivery confirmation, our proof of delivery. If the USPS confirm delivery yet you advise that package has not been received, we advise you to file a claim directly with the USPS. Subject to availability, your order can be re-shipped and sent via First Class Mail. A 25% fee + shipping of $1.95 is due on all re-shipped orders. Please note Designer sunglasses can not be re-shipped.

If your order was delivered in the U.S.A. and arrived damaged, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide a replacement pair, subject to availability.

If you suspect your order has been lost, please allow 14 business days for delivery before contacting us as this is a requirement of the USPS.

Lost or Damaged Items outside the U.S.A.

Orders shipping to Canada are are insured against loss or damage. Please contact us for further details.

For all other international customers, we recommend using the USPS Priority International Service as this service offers full tracking and insurance. If you opt for the cheaper First Class International service, please bear in mind this service offers NO tracking and NO insurance. The Sunglass Man Online is not responsible for items lost or damaged when this service is used. Whilst this service has proven reliable, if you can't afford to lose it, go for the Priority Service!
